  • All orders are processed within 2–4 working days

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details


2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 working days

  • Non-metro locations: 4–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer complimentary delivery across India

  • Any applicable charges (if introduced in future) will be clearly displayed at checkout


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

You can use this information to track your shipment in real time.


5. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier partner delays

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details

If the package is undelivered after repeated attempts, it may be returned to us.

If accepted, please report the issue within 48 hours with supporting images.


9. Serviceable Areas

We ship across most locations in India.

If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you and initiate a refund if payment has already been made.
